Je n\u2019ai pas vraiment \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9crit\u00a0\u00bb ce livre.\u00a0Retour \u00e0 la Source<\/em>. Ce que je veux dire par l\u00e0, c\u2019est que je n\u2019avais\u00a0pas l\u2019intention initiale de cr\u00e9er un ouvrage et de le partager.<\/p>\n

J\u2019ai \u00e9crit des articles sur un blog pour ext\u00e9rioriser mes \u00e9motions suite \u00e0 un burn-out. Dans le m\u00eame contexte, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 dessiner, en clinique de repos\u00a0; l\u2019encre de Chine et l\u2019aquarelle m\u2019aidaient \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise et \u00e0 reconnecter mon pouvoir cr\u00e9ateur. L\u2019id\u00e9e de compiler l\u2019ensemble est venue d\u2019un brainstorming avec une amie, alors que je me demandais comment gagner de l\u2019argent avec ce que j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Je suis toujours partie de mon besoin dans l\u2019instant, et j\u2019ai jailli spontan\u00e9ment, dans l\u2019\u00e9lan provoqu\u00e9 par ce besoin. Certains me trouvent \u00e9gocentr\u00e9e, dispers\u00e9, \u00e9nervante et, parfois, je trouve qu\u2019ils ont raison\u2026 Quel est le sens de tous ces projets diss\u00e9min\u00e9s sans strat\u00e9gie apparente\u00a0? Comme s\u2019il fallait forc\u00e9ment un sens, une explication, une justification. \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai envie\u00a0\u00bb devrait \u00eatre suffisant.<\/p>\n

Je souffle sur le pissenlit, et les graines se dispersent. Je ne sais pas ce qu\u2019elles deviendront, mais je souffle. Je souffle \u00e0 perdre haleine. Je souffle, mes joues rosissent sous l\u2019effort, la t\u00eate me tourne, je souffle encore. Les graines tourbillonnent, p\u00e9n\u00e8trent ma gorge, m\u2019\u00e9touffent. Je crache, je tousse, et je souffle. Encore. J\u2019entends l\u2019\u00e9cho de mon premier cri de nourrisson, et je comprends que je n\u2019ai pas le choix. De la naissance \u00e0 la mort, dans ce corps de chair, je ne peux que souffler, alors pourquoi r\u00e9sister\u00a0?<\/p>\n

J\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 ce blog d\u2019auteur et la page Facebook associ\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 mon besoin d\u2019\u00eatre utile. Il est nouveau, celui-l\u00e0, je n\u2019ai pas l\u2019habitude. \u00catre utile ? D\u2019habitude, je suis plut\u00f4t en mode \u00ab moi d\u2019abord \u00bb, mais\u2026 oui\u2026 c\u2019est juste\u2026 c\u2019est bien cela que je ressens. L\u2019actualit\u00e9 est angoissante, les m\u00e9dias n\u2019aident pas, les autorit\u00e9s non plus. Des voix s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent, de bon sens, d\u2019empathie, de solidarit\u00e9. Je fais partie de ceux qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de sourire, de rayonner et d\u2019agir \u00e0 partir du c\u0153ur. Je pourrais vous dire que c\u2019est par g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e2me, mais non, c\u2019est juste que c\u2019est ma fa\u00e7on de ne pas \u00eatre emport\u00e9e par cette vague de caca \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n

Retour \u00e0 la Source<\/em>\u00a0est un t\u00e9moignage de r\u00e9silience apr\u00e8s un burn-out. Un partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, d\u2019humain \u00e0 humain. Il peut aider ceux qui doutent de leurs ressources int\u00e9rieures pour faire face \u00e0 ce grand bordel ambiant. Alors lisez-le. Ou offrez-le. Ou achetez-le sans le lire si \u00e7a ne vous parle pas, et mettez-le dans une bo\u00eete \u00e0 livres, pour qu\u2019il rencontre, par hasard ah ah, celui ou celle qui l\u2019attend sans le savoir.<\/p>\n
