{"id":321,"date":"2020-04-04T12:51:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-04T10:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lauremartin.local\/?p=321"},"modified":"2026-04-10T09:46:27","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T07:46:27","slug":"une-miette-damour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lauremartin.fr\/slowfeelflow\/comment\/une-miette-damour\/","title":{"rendered":"Une Miette d&rsquo;amour"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"acadf\"><em>Extrait de mon journal intime, samedi 4 avril 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"c188i\">Miette est morte cette nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"8rr8n\">Vers 9 h ce matin, un voisin est venu me signaler le corps de notre chatte dans la rue. Je l&rsquo;ai amen\u00e9 chez le v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire pour la faire incin\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"f2po9\">Journ\u00e9e difficile, Pauline et moi avons \u00e9t\u00e9 apathiques, chacune dans son coin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"546pi\">A l&rsquo;instant, je me sens en col\u00e8re. Ma m\u00e2choire est crisp\u00e9e, mes sourcils fronc\u00e9s. Je lutte, mais contre quoi? Je trouve cela injuste, dans cette p\u00e9riode de confinement. Il n&rsquo;est pas juste qu&rsquo;un des membres de la famille meure alors que nous sommes r\u00e9unies toutes les trois. Pour moi, elle repr\u00e9sente la douceur du foyer, le calme d&rsquo;une fin de journ\u00e9e. Nous avions besoin d&rsquo;elle pour vivre cette douceur&#8230; Comment allons-nous faire d\u00e9sormais?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"es2uc\">Nous ferons. Ce ne sont que des projections. La douceur est en nous, c&rsquo;est celle que nous nous accordons. C\u2019est le temps que nous prenons pour regarder les nuages passer, et pour \u00e9couter l&rsquo;herbe pousser. C&rsquo;est le silence dans lequel nous baignons lorsque les fen\u00eatres sur le monde sont ferm\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ck9kg\">Apr\u00e8s la col\u00e8re viendra la tristesse (d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu l\u00e0 \u00e0 vrai dire), puis l&rsquo;acceptation. Nous aurons de nouveau des oiseaux dans le jardin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"2shmu\">Je relis mes mots de ce matin , mes pr\u00e9occupations d&rsquo;avant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de cette mort dans nos vies. Cela me semble d\u00e9risoire, si futile&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"2q8bn\">Le sentiment d&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;abandon me fait passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;essentiel, la valeur de la vie, sa pr\u00e9ciosit\u00e9. J&rsquo;\u00e9voquai la mort de mes parents, je suis confront\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de Miette. Je ressens une invitation encore plus forte au ralentissement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"3fssi\">La Vie me dit \u00ab\u00a0Arr\u00eate de t&rsquo;agiter.
